Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Amora and amoramatch.one. By using Amora, you agree to these terms.

1. User Eligibility

Amora is available to users aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 and legally permitted to use dating services in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Amora only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Create fake or impersonation profiles
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Transmit spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Amora offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow applicable app store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All Amora platform content, branding, and technology is owned by Amora. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Amora a limited license to display it within the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Amora is provided "as is." We do not guarantee you will find a match or relationship. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Amora is built on trust. These guidelines ensure everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

1. Respectful Behavior

Treat every person with dignity. Degrading language, insults, or dismissive behavior toward other users is not tolerated.

2. No Harassment

Harassment of any kind — repeated unwanted contact, threats, stalking, or intimidation — results in immediate removal. Respect when someone asks you to stop.

3. Authentic Profiles Only

You must represent yourself honestly. Using someone else's photos, false ages, or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Amora removes fakes promptly.

4. No Scams or Solicitation

Asking for money, promoting services, or any form of fraud is immediately actionable. If someone asks you for money, report them immediately.

5. No Illegal or Harmful Content

Content that is illegal, explicit without consent, violent, or promotes dangerous activities has no place on Amora.

6. Reporting System

Every profile and conversation includes a report button. We review all reports within 24 hours. You may also report to contact@amoramatch.one.

7. Our Promise

We act swiftly on violations and continuously improve our safety systems to make Amora the safest, most trustworthy dating platform available.
